– Preamble
The salesman is defined below as the company in statute limited liability company, Les Selliers du Domaine whose registered office is located 1253 route de Champolimard 38510 COURTENAY, France.
These General Conditions of Sale are intended, firstly, to inform any potential consumer on the terms and conditions under which the seller conducts the sale and delivery of products ordered, and secondly, to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of products by the seller to the consumer apply, without limitation or qualification, to all sales by the company Les Selliers du Domaine, products offered on its website lesselliersdudomaine.com
The customer acknowledges having read the present general conditions of sale and expressly declares to accept them in full and without reservation.
The present General Conditions of Sale are concluded between :
– on the one hand the company Les Selliers du Domaine, holder of the name lesselliersdudomaine.com, SARL – SIRET 509 711 636 00019
– and on the other hand any person or entity visiting, making a purchase on www.lesselliersdudomaine.com, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”.
2- Definitions
The following definitions apply in these terms and conditions:
– “Site”: means the Site referred to above in the preamble, accessible via the Internet at http://www.lesselliersdudomaine.com
– Customer”: Natural or legal person, Consumer and/or Professional placing an order on the site www.lesselliersdudomaine.com using the shopping cart or placing an order by e-mail.
– Order”: Refers to the sales contract concluded between the Customer and Les Selliers du Domaine, the domain name holder www.lesselliersdudomaine.com
3- Purpose
The present General Conditions of Sale aim to define all the relations between Les Selliers du Domaine and the Customer on the site www.lesselliersdudomaine.com whether the customer is of French or foreign nationality.
4- Contract execution and orders
The seller reserves the property of the sold goods until the complete payment of the price, in principal and accessory.
4.1 Ordering
Any order form signed by the validation click constitutes an irrevocable commitment of the customer which can be called into question only in the cases limitativement envisaged in the present contract. The conclusion of the contract will occur only at the time of confirmation of the order by Les Selliers du Domaine which will send an email confirmation to the Customer. Any order implies unconditional acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
Les Selliers du Domaine reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever. The data recorded by Les Selliers du Domaine constitute proof of the nature, content and date of the order. These data are archived by Les Selliers du Domaine with the tacit agreement of the Customer.
4.2- Prices
The prices indicated are in Euros. The total amount of an order is composed of the price of the articles and the delivery costs which include the postage and packing. The payment of the totality of the price is due from the order. The customer agrees to pay the price stipulated for the product ordered on the Site (price of products and transport).
To pay for your purchases with confidence on our site, we offer the following payment methods:

- Bank or postal check
- Paypal
- Credit Card
For an order outside the site, we propose the payment of a deposit of 30% to validate the order and the balance before shipping.
5. Availability
Information on the availability of products is provided at the time of placing your order. For products not stocked in our warehouses, our offers are only valid subject to availability. An estimated time of availability will be communicated to you as soon as possible by e-mail. If some articles were to prove unavailable after placing your order, we will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible and you could be offered an equivalent product. You will always be free to accept or refuse this equivalent product.
6. Execution of the order
The order will be executed within the time specified on the site and / or during the confirmation of the order by Les Selliers du Domaine. In case of stock shortage or unavailability of the product ordered, Les Selliers du Domaine undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and to specify a period of availability. The customer will confirm by e-mail his choice either to wait for the availability of the product or to be refunded.
7. The products
The products presented on the Site comply with the French legislation in force and the standards applicable in France.
For technical reasons, the actual rendering of the products may sometimes differ slightly from the photographs presented on the Site. In the event of a manifest error between the characteristics of the Products and their representation, Les Selliers du Domaine shall not be held liable.
8. The delivery
8.1 – General rules
The products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form.
8.2 – Delivery by Colissimo Suivi de la POSTE
The delivery of your order is made (time announced by the Post Office) in 48h.

Delivery by Colissimo registered mail (insurance of the value of the product in case of loss or damage) .
The Customer will be delivered to the address indicated in the order form. Upon delivery of the package, he/she will sign a delivery slip (paper or electronic) confirming receipt of the package. In case of absence, the Customer or the recipient of the ordered product will receive a notice of passage which will allow him to withdraw the ordered products at the designated post office and this, during a fifteen days deadline.
8.3 Delivery time (time from workshop to delivery)
Delivery times are variable, as some pieces are unique and custom made. In this case the delivery time is specified in the product sheet.

9- Right of withdrawal applicable to online sales
In accordance with Article L121-20 of the Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of seven (7) clear days from the day after receipt of the products to exercise his right of withdrawal, without having to justify his reasons or pay penalties, with the exception of the cost of returning the products, which remains his responsibility. The company will only reimburse the price of the product(s) returned by the Customer (excluding reimbursement of any costs: postage, packaging, delivery…)
If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday, holiday or non-working day, it is extended to the next working day. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. It must not have been used, nor have it suffered any deterioration, no matter how small, and it must be in a perfectly clean state. The products will be returned at the expense and risk of the Customer. Any damaged, incomplete, missing or damaged packaging will not be refunded or exchanged and will be returned to the Customer at his expense. Les Selliers du Domaine recommends to the Customer to make the return of its products provided with a recommendation or an additional insurance guaranteeing him, if necessary, the compensation of the products up to their real market value in case of spoliation or loss of the parcel(s).
Within the framework of a reservation of product with payment of installment, the right of retractation of the customer will be able to be exerted only in the 7 days of the date of order and not with the reception of the product.
10- Reimbursement
In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, Les Selliers du Domaine is required to reimburse the Customer of the sums paid, without penalty, with the exception of shipping costs and Paypal fees if the order was paid by this means of payment. The Customer will be reimbursed by Les Selliers du Domaine within a maximum of 10 days from the proof of good reception of the product.
11- Complaints
Complaints about products delivered for non-conformity with the order must be made in writing directly to Les Selliers du Domaine within 48 hours from the date of receipt. The Customer shall keep the packaging and the delivery note. In case of error on the product, the customer undertakes to return the said product or products concerned within 7 days of their receipt to Les Selliers du Domaine on condition that they are returned without opening their packaging, in their original condition and packaging with the accompanying documents. Upon receipt of the product, Les Selliers du Domaine will return, at its expense, the product originally ordered.
Sales / promotions or “flash sales” are neither taken back nor exchanged, the same applies to products made to measure and at the request of the Customer.
12- Warranty
The items supplied by Les Selliers du Domaine are new and guaranteed against any defect at the time of delivery. For used products, they are sold as is and without any guarantee.
13- Proof
The computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of Les Selliers du Domaine in reasonable conditions of security, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. The filing of the purchase orders and invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable support so as to correspond to a faithful and durable copy.
14- Applicable law
The General Conditions of Sale are subject to French law. In case of disputes, the Customer may file a claim with the Customer Service of Les Selliers du Domaine by e-mail at lesselliersdudomaine@gmail.com in order to seek an amicable solution. In the absence of an amicable agreement between the Parties, the dispute will be submitted to the court of Lyon, which has sole jurisdiction in the matter.
