The seller is defined below as the company Les Selliers du Domaine with registered office at 1253 route de Champolimard 38510 COURTENAY, France.
The purpose of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale is, on the one hand, to inform any potential consumer of the terms and conditions under which the seller proceeds with the sale and delivery of the products ordered, and on the other hand, to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products by the seller to the consumer. They apply, without restriction or reservation, to all sales, by the company Les Selliers du Domaine, of the products offered on its website lesselliersdudomaine.com:
The customer acknowledges having read these terms and conditions of sale and expressly declares having accepted them in full and without reservation.
The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale are concluded between :

– et d’autre part toute personne physique ou morale visitant, effectuant un achat sur www.lesselliersdudomaine.com, ci après dénommée “le Client “.
2- Definitions
Les définitions suivantes s’appliquent dans les présentes conditions générales de vente :
– “Site” : désigne le Site ci-dessus désigné dans le préambule, accessible par le réseau Internet à l’adresse http://www.lesselliersdudomaine.com
– “Client” : Personne physique ou morale, Consommateur et/ou Professionnel passant une commande sur le site www.lesselliersdudomaine.com en utilisant le panier ou passant une commande par e-mail.
– “Commande” : Désigne le contrat de vente conclu entre le Client et Les Selliers du Domaine titulaire du nom de domaine www.lesselliersdudomaine.com
3- Purpose
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are intended to define all relations between Les Selliers du Domaine and the customer on the www.lesselliersdudomaine.com website, whether the customer is of French or foreign nationality.
4- Contract completion and orders
The seller reserves ownership of the goods sold until full payment of the price, both principal and accessory.
4.1 Order
Any order form signed by the validation click constitutes an irrevocable commitment on the part of the customer, which cannot be called into question except in the cases exhaustively provided for in the present contract. The contract will only be concluded once the order has been confirmed by Les Selliers du Domaine, who will send a confirmation e-mail to the Customer. Any order implies unreserved acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
Les Selliers du Domaine reserves the right not to confirm an order for any reason whatsoever. The data recorded by Les Selliers du Domaine constitutes proof of the nature, content and date of the order. These data are archived by Les Selliers du Domaine with the tacit agreement of the Customer.
4.2- Prices
Prices are quoted in Euros. The total amount of an order is made up of the price of the items and the delivery costs, which include postage and packaging. Payment of the full price is due at the time the order is placed. The customer undertakes to pay the price stipulated for the product ordered on the Site (price of products and transport).
To pay for your purchases in complete confidence on our site, we offer the following methods of payment:
- Transfer
- Bank or postal cheque
- Paypal
- Credit card
For off-site orders, we suggest a deposit of 30% to validate the order and the balance before shipment.
5. Availability
Information on product availability is provided when you place your order. For products not stocked in our warehouses, our offers are only valid subject to availability. An estimated time of availability will be communicated to you as soon as possible by e-mail. Should any items prove to be unavailable after you have placed your order, we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible and you may be offered an equivalent product. You will always be free to accept or refuse this equivalent product.
6. Order execution
The order will be executed within the time specified on the site and/or when the order is confirmed by Les Selliers du Domaine. In the event of stock shortage or unavailability of the product ordered, Les Selliers du Domaine undertakes to inform the customer as soon as possible and to specify a period of availability. The customer will confirm by e-mail his choice either to wait for the availability of the product or to be reimbursed.
7. The products
The products presented on the Site comply with current French legislation and standards.
For technical reasons, the actual rendering of the products may sometimes differ slightly from the photographs presented on the Site. In the event of a manifest error between the characteristics of the Products and their representation, Les Selliers du Domaine shall not be held liable.
8. Delivery
8.1 - General rules
Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the order form.
8.2 - Delivery by Colissimo Suivi from la POSTE
Your order will be delivered within 48 hours (as announced by la Poste).

Delivery by Colissimo recommandé de la POSTE (insurance for the value of the product in the event of loss or damage).
The Customer will be delivered to the address indicated on the order form. When the parcel is delivered, the Customer will sign a delivery slip (paper or electronic) confirming receipt of the parcel. In the event of absence, the Customer or the recipient of the ordered product will receive a delivery notice allowing him/her to collect the ordered products from the designated post office within a period of fifteen days.
8.3 Delivery times (time between departure from the workshop and delivery)
Delivery times may vary, as some items are unique and custom-made. In this case, the delivery time is specified on the product sheet.

9- Right of withdrawal applicable to online sales
In accordance with article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has a period of seven (7) clear days from the day following receipt of the products to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, without having to justify his/her reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception of the cost of return, which remains at the Customer's expense. The company will only reimburse the price of the product(s) returned by the Customer (excluding reimbursement of any costs: postage, packaging, delivery, etc.).
If this period expires on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. It must not have been used, nor have suffered any deterioration, however slight, and must be in a perfectly clean condition. Products will be returned at the Customer's expense and risk. Any damaged, incomplete or missing product, or any product whose original packaging has been damaged, will not be reimbursed or exchanged, and will be returned to the Customer at the Customer's expense. Les Selliers du Domaine recommends that the Customer return the products with a recommendation or additional insurance guaranteeing, where applicable, compensation for the products up to their actual market value in the event of spoliation or loss of the parcel(s).
In the case of a product reservation with a deposit, the customer's right of withdrawal can only be exercised within 7 days of the order date, and no longer upon receipt of the product.
10- Refunds
If the right of withdrawal is exercised, Les Selliers du Domaine is obliged to reimburse the Customer for the sums paid, without penalty, with the exception of shipping costs and Paypal fees if the order was paid for by this means of payment. The Customer will be reimbursed by Les Selliers du Domaine within a maximum of 10 days from proof of receipt of the product.
11- Complaints
Claims for non-conformity with the order must be made in writing directly to Les Selliers du Domaine within 48 hours of receipt. The customer must retain the packaging and delivery slip. In the event of a product error, the customer undertakes to return the said product or products concerned within 7 days of receipt to Les Selliers du Domaine on condition that they are returned without opening their packaging, in their original condition and packaging with the accompanying documents. Upon receipt of the product, Les Selliers du Domaine will return, at its expense, the product originally ordered.
Les soldes / promotions ou “ventes flash” ne sont ni reprises ni échangées, il en est de même pour les produits réalisés sur mesure et sur la demande du Client.
12- Warranty
The items supplied by Les Selliers du Domaine are new and guaranteed against any defect at the time of delivery. Second-hand products are sold as is, without warranty.
13- Proof
Computerized registers, kept in the computer systems of Les Selliers du Domaine under reasonable security conditions, will be considered as proof of communications, orders and payments between the parties. Purchase orders and invoices are archived on a reliable and durable medium so as to correspond to a faithful and durable copy.
14- Applicable law
The General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may contact Les Selliers du Domaine's Customer Service Department by e-mail at lesselliersdudomaine@gmail.com in order to seek an amicable solution. In the absence of an amicable agreement between the Parties, the dispute will be submitted to the Lyon court, which has sole jurisdiction in the matter.
